Hello, I am Julie Taylor the founder of Gti Consultancy. In 2009 I decided to launch my own company after spending twenty five years, in the sales arena, employed directly by organisations, both large and small helping them to grow their business. Using the knowledge and experiences gained I have been able to help a wide variety of companies to unlock their potential.
By watching, listening and learning along the way I have discovered how to develop myself and other people. I have continued to gain qualifications over the years and spent the most amazing time in India studying for and gaining my NLP Practitioners Award, I have since completed my Master Practitioner.
Gti Consultancy specialises in franchising. I have spent the last twelve years working in the franchise sector setting up sales and customer buying processes, and training and developing franchisees. Now as a franchise business consultant I get to do what I love doing every day.
In July 2012 I was delighted to welcome my Son Michael Bohan into the business and together we aim to give our clients a unique and bespoke service enabling them to develop their ideas and move forward through franchising. Michael brings with him sales and people development skills gained through working in sales and recruitment over the last ten years. He has been employed directly and indirectly within the franchise sector throughout that time.
Together we work closely with business owners, listening to their ideas and understanding their vision for the future. Only then can we focus on giving them the tools to develop and manage themselves and their own expectations, before showing them how to use those tools effectively to develop their business into a franchise opportunity. I truly believe that the way we communicate with others has an astounding effect on all of our lives.
I have referred repeatedly to sales and customer buying processes because I believe that if the promotion of your service or product is based purely on selling, without considering the way your customers want to buy, then achieving your true sales potential will be more difficult.
